Caesars Entertainment Corp. recently announced the completion of a $6.5 million renovation of Flamingo Las Vegas’ meeting space, which began in April 2017. Executives commemorated the re-opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
“We are very excited to debut the newly redesigned meeting space,” said Michael Massari, chief sales officer for national meetings and events at Caesars Entertainment. “Conveniently located at the center of the Strip, the Flamingo meeting space is a great option for our existing and new clients.”
The Flamingo meeting space is the newest renovation of its kind on the east side of the Las Vegas Strip. The new space offers a fresh, bright and modern look, along with an abundance of natural light from its windows. Each meeting room is named after a different Nevada city and features historic photos from the 1950s, creating a nostalgic feeling in the space.
The redesign includes updated walls, carpet, lighting fixtures and more. With Caesars Entertainment’s Code GREEN initiatives in mind, all lighting has been converted to LED technology, which is expected to result in a 70 percent energy savings each year.
“The unveiling of our newly remodeled convention center is the first step of renovations at the Flamingo,” said Sherri Pucci, Flamingo Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel & Casino ceneral manager. “The Flamingo features a rich history as the place where the Strip began, and Caesars Entertainment is committed to ensuring Flamingo Las Vegas continues to serve our guests for years to come.”
